By the end of the programme you will have fully embodied mindfulness into your life, and have a good appreciation of why it will be useful to you as an individual.
Detailed pre-course intake investigation to comply with the requirements of the British Institute Of Psychology and to ensure the course will be suitable for you.
Eight individual one-to-one sessions of at least one hour that have been fully adapted to your learning style.
A comprehensive range of resources (recordings, journal, worksheets, exercises) for you to take away and apply in your own life to create an ongoing mindfulness lifestyle.
Ongoing personalised support to embed the mindfulness practices for the duration of the course.
