If you want to experience a one-to-one mindfulness session, you are very welcome to join me.
If you are a complete beginner, in the process of learning, or a graduate of a different course you are very welcome.
These sessions are very informal - some guidance, a little meditation, a brief Q & A to give anyone who wishes the chance to ask a question and information about further reading / support.
Again, there is no charge for this.
I’m also aware that you may never have had any experience of mindfulness, meditation or even perhaps a zoom meeting, but there will be friendly faces and voices to guide you - and you can drop out of the session at any time.
CONTACT US TO ARRANGE A FREE ONLINE TASTER SESSION
Where over a period of about eight weeks I immerse you in the full experience of mindfulness.
You and I log on at a pre-arranged time together
I take you though the learning, live.
The advantage to you is that I can tailor the learning experience to your needs and I can address any questions you may have in real time.
E-LEARNING PACKAGES
Where you download a bespoke learning pack and work through the materials in your own time
Learning independently on your own time frame could have major advantages for you.
I know that you might not be able to commit to one-to-one sessions so I also create bespoke packages for you.
The advantage of these packages are that I can make them to suit your needs, circumstances and time commitments and allow you to be in charge of how and when you learn.
"I want to thank you again from the bottom of my heart for the training and support you gave me through mindfulness and Miracle Morning training. In recent months, I've found that I've had a richer, happier inner life, which I've been externalising in small ways. Now that we are living in more challenging times, I find that the training has given me the resilience to withstand the isolation and financial damage to the business. I'm able to channel my energy in positive ways, rather than dwelling on the negatives. I think that many of us will discover that there are silver linings to be had, and perhaps for some people, the opportunity to take stock in an unprecedented way will lead to wonderful life-changing decisions. For me, it's about Gandhi's words on the attitude of silence leading to crystal clarity."
