FREE MINDFULNESS SESSION WITH DAVE HEWITT

I hope you’re well and looking after yourself during these challenging times.

As you may know practising mindfulness has many benefits and as a qualified mindfulness coach I am keen to share some of my learning with you.

I wanted to let you know that on Thursday 11 March 2021 between 1900 and 1940 I’ll be running a FREE mindfulness session.

This will be very informal - some guidance, a little meditation, a brief Q & A to give anyone who wishes the chance to ask a question and information about further reading / support.

Again, there is no charge for this.

I’m also aware that some of you may never have had any experience of Mindfulness, meditation or even perhaps a zoom meeting, but there will be friendly faces and voices to guide you - and you can drop out of the session at any time.

If you are interested - or would like to know a little more - please let me know and I will provide a link to the Zoom session.

An eight-week mindfulness course for individuals (one-to-one)

The goal…

By the end of the programme you will have fully embodied mindfulness into your life, and have a good appreciation of why it will be useful to you as an individual.

Detailed pre-course intake investigation to comply with the requirements of the British Institute Of Psychology and to ensure the course will be suitable for you.

Eight individual one-to-one sessions of at least one hour that have been fully adapted to your learning style.

A comprehensive range of resources (recordings, journal, worksheets, exercises) for you to take away and apply in your own life to create an ongoing mindfulness lifestyle.

Ongoing personalised support to embed the mindfulness practices for the duration of the course.
