If you want to experience mindfulness in the company of others, you are very welcome to join us.
Whether you are a complete beginner, in the process of learning or a graduate of one of our courses you are very welcome.
These sessions are very informal - some guidance, a little meditation, a brief Q & A to give anyone who wishes the chance to ask a question and information about further reading / support.
Again, there is no charge for this.
I’m also aware that you may never have had any experience of mindfulness, meditation or even perhaps a zoom meeting, but there will be friendly faces and voices to guide you - and you can drop out of the session at any time.

Where over a period of about eight weeks I immerse you in the full experience of mindfulness.
You and I log on at a pre-arranged time together
I take you though the learning, live.
The advantage to you is that I can tailor the learning experience to your needs and I can address any questions you may have in real time.
E-LEARNING PACKAGES
Where you download a bespoke learning pack and work through the materials in your own time
Learning independently on your own time frame could have major advantages for you.
I know that you might not be able to commit to one-to-one sessions so I also create bespoke packages for you.
The advantage of these packages are that I can make them to suit your needs, circumstances and time commitments and allow you to be in charge of how and when you learn.

I was a secondary school teacher for thirty-four years
